My approach

Understanding the past.
Making room for what’s next.

Some feelings are hard to name. Some patterns are hard to change. Therapy offers time to explore both, in a relationship where your experiences can be heard and understood.

My work is grounded in interpersonal psychodynamic psychotherapy. Together, we explore how experiences and relationships shape your inner life, with care for your culture, background, and individual needs.

With children, play offers another way to communicate. I believe in early intervention and bring a developmental perspective to my work with children and parents.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with children, adolescents, parents, and adults. My experience spans schools, hospitals, and clinics, with a focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma.

My education and training include Columbia School of Social Work and the William Alanson White Institute. Alongside my psychoanalytic approach, I draw on training in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, DBT, and play therapy.

I bring cultural sensitivity and creativity to the work, with attention to the experiences that make each person’s story their own.
